There are several articles about users' complaint against facebook's new design. Million users complained and started a group. I join in the group that protested against the new design. I remember I was new in facebook and liked the first design. It was simple and easy to find things that I needed. That design were very friendly user. Now they changed and had more challenging design for million users. They complained but they got over with it. Facebook didn't listen them at first. Now facebook changed the design quickly again recently and tried to ignore the complaints. Facebook woke up and realized that there are more complaints than before because facebook did not want lose traffic and million users. The new design is much less friendly user now. Facebook now is willing to listen users this time. Hopefully, facebook's design can be friendly user again after listening million users. In the fact, people are not fond of change often including me. However, people including me have to adapt to new things that we cannot change that are out of our control.
