Company can Sabotage to Keep Money

I have to make that information known in public to help others to make decision to buy or not and not be victim of that situation.

I had ordered one graphic card to help my computer do better at graphic arts and especially 3D plus games that require better graphic card.  I tried install it but, it won't fit, so I requested a refund from the company called Newegg.  I had mailed the graphic card back to them to get the refund.  They denied it because the serial number had been removed.  I did not removed it.  I just open it and test it to install it to see if it fits.  I talked to them and they were willing to give me gift certification of the half the price I had ordered.  Also I told them, I will never buy anything from them again.  I still do not accept what they did.  They need to fix that situation to not let it again.  I never seen or experience in that unique situation.  If someone want a refund, check item to see if it have serial number before someone send it for a refund.  If it doesn't have it,sell it to people locally.  I wasted my time to get it a refund, but i couldn't get a refund because of serial number removed.
